Child Support Investigation (CSI) is dedicated to providing the Custodial Parent / DHR with the support and assistance needed to ascertain the location, place of employment and assets of the Non-Custodial Parent.
CSI’s goal is to provide our clients with the much-needed assistance to ensure the child receives the much-needed financial assistance required by law.
CSI is committed to exploring all aspects of the investigative process to ensure our clients are satisfied with the end result.
When a parent is allowed to avoid paying child support and proof has not been uncovered by the court system, CSI can help.
If the Non-Custodial parent is not making payments for child support, but continues to earn income in some form, CSI may be able to help you collect where the government has fallen short. CSI’s job is to gather as much information as possible to assist you with the legal process.
Let’s face facts, there are many child support enforcement cases like yours and the court system is overloaded. Your one “deadbeat” parent case may not get the attention it deserves. The courts are not designed to investigate these deadbeat parents and most courts have very limited resources to work with in this regard. They do the best that they can, but often, they are just spread to thin. We know firsthand how difficult life can be when no one is listening to you or you’re not getting any results.
That’s where CSI comes to the rescue. We assist in locating these deadbeats, finding out where they are employed and what type of assets they have.
In many cases the Non-Custodial Parent must be served with court documentation to establish paternity. The Non-Custodial Parent may attempt to avoid service from DHR or Local Authority. This avoidance of service interferes with a speedy court process. CSI can be instrumental in expediting the service of the documentation.
In many cases the Non-Custodial Parent refuses to provide a place of employment or DHR cannot locate a place of employment for the Non-Custodial Parent. CSI has the investigative experience to bring closure to this process.
If the Non-Custodial Parent does not obey a court order, he or she may be found in contempt of the order. The parent must receive the court papers in accordance with the state law in order to be properly served. In many cases DHR or local authority cannot locate and serve the Non-Custodial Parent with the documentation in a timely manner. CSI will be committed to locating and serving the Non-Custodial Parent in a timely manner.
The judge may order the arrest of a parent who receives proper notice of a court hearing if he or she does not come to the hearing. The parent is often brought to court (or jail if the court is not in session). Locating these individuals can be extremely challenging. The Courts, DHR, nor Local Authorities have the time or resources to commit entirely to your individual case. CSI will provide you with 24-hour assistance with this endeavor.
CSI is committed to tailoring our service to your specific needs. CSI will resolve your case within 90 days to your satisfaction or refund all monies. There will be no exceptions to this policy. You have nothing to lose. Please entrust CSI with your Child Support needs. Your child is entitled to the financial support. “ALL KIDS NEED THEIR CHILD SUPPORT”.
